Lead Workplace Strategy & Experience consultant for the BCO 2017 award-winning ‘Best of the Best’ & Corporate Workplace: Sky Central. Key deliverables included: 4-year Osterley Campus Accommodation and Workplace Strategy Master planning, 8,000 End User profiling and Executive Change Management to support a successful transition from a traditional workplace to ABW. I developed workplace solutions and the “Sky Space” ABW workplace concept led the planning and design principles of Sky Central, and focused on the Sky brand application, workplace and end-user experiences. I am responsible for the research and development of workplace strategies at Nokia. I work with Nokia business leaders to communicate the value and impact of these strategies. I create and update global, regional, and country reports on research and analysis results, pilots, follow-up actions, performance data analysis, and more. I own the Nokia change management implementation program using the Nokia change management framework with team and collaborators and closely cooperating with markets. I support global business partnering through key data analysis and reporting. I oversee industry best practices, benchmarks, and trends in design, research, and the workplace. I monitor global workplace trends and ensure alignment with Nokia workplace concepts. I interpret workplace research and industry data to develop responsive, supportive design concepts and provide them to real estate plans, business units, and regional delivery teams. I own the creation and updating of Nokia's global workplace standards and KPIs (concepts, guidelines, and tools) and Nokia workplace policy - workplace governance and guidance. I manage workplace consultancy support from external partners where required for global project implementation support and data analysis. I enhance space efficiency and utilization of the portfolio, driving workplace innovation through the global deployment of pilot space concepts and solutions. I ensure lessons learned/general feedback is captured to enable continuous improvement.
Regarding workplace performance, I support implementing digital solutions in the workplace.
